I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Worldlink Medical Certified Advance Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy provider. I have over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I have a diverse medical background. As a Registered Nurse, I have worked in the Emergency Department, Cardiac ICU, Medical ICU, Labor & Delivery, and Emergency Air Transportation (Flight Nursing). I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice through Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois. After years in traditional/conventional medicine, I was ready to make a greater impact on my community by providing a well-balanced, holistic approach to preventative care through longevity medicine. I am passionate about empowering my patients to become the best versions of themselves to well living through a personal touch. As a provider, I personally know the struggles of sick living. I had struggled for many years with fatigue, weight gain, joint pain, bowel issues, and hair loss. I was first introduced to Functional Medicine and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy when I was initially diagnosed with subclinical or functional Hypothyroidism. My interest grew more when I was then diagnosed with an Irritable Bowel Disease, Crohn’s. That was the moment that I wanted to be a provider that listened to my patients’ concerns and help them to their journey towards well living.

At Nuestra Vida Well Living, I will create a personalized treatment plan using Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for both men and women through longevity medicine. My goal is to listen to each patient’s concerns, desired outcome towards well living, and to give a personal touch to empower them to live vibrantly and achieve their health goals.

Alongside my medical career, I enjoy traveling to other countries, farming, home canning, camping, and any outdoor activities. I have a big family that is ever growing. I have a farm with goats, sheep, pigs, cows, ducks, and chickens.
